If you are living with a chronic illness, you know that it’s always important to focus on your physical health.
But can you tell me the last time that you took a moment to focus on your mind and spirit?
Lately, it seems harder to answer this question for some of us-that’s why I would like to introduce you to Jenn Fredericks.
As a two-time living donor kidney transplant recipient, Jenn Fredericks strives to keep herself and her family healthy in mind, body and spirit.
She is very aware of the need to “put her oxygen mask on first” before helping others and is grateful that she gets to help people in her career as a personal development coach with Thrive – a human development company.
The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is partnering with Jenn and her co-worker, Judy Dejno from Thrive, to present a special online program on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 15 at 6:00pm.
“You’ve Got This! A Patient’s Guide to Thriving” is a FREE program where you can explore how to put your mind, body and spirit to work.
Do you know how to put the triple A’s to work for you? According to Jenn, by using Awareness, Acceptance and Alignment you will thrive in life, not just survive it.
When you log off, you will have some new tools right at-home to use RIGHT NOW!
By living with intention, Jenn knows from personal experience, that you can be prepared for whatever comes your way in the days, weeks and years ahead. The NKFW invites you to join us on Wednesday evening for this special program.
