The Council of Nephrology Social Workers – Wisconsin Chapter will host an in-person working meeting at the UW Health Administrative Office Building in Middleton, WI on Friday, March 1, 2024. In addition to chapter business, this meeting will be an interactive working session to explore patient barriers between dialysis and transplant. Please bring your big ideas, current challenges, and your creativity to this collaborative forum.
Lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees and a virtual meeting option will be made available by request.
Your voice is needed! In this season of gratitude, National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin (NKFW) invites you join in a Virtual Townhall on November 28 at 4:30 PM. This #GivingTuesday conversation will include a brief presentation about current programs and engagement opportunities at NKFW as well as an open Q&A with CEO, Mike Crowley. It is a chance to share the impact of community support over the past year and take suggestions for the future.
