Milwaukee Consortium for Hmong Health Fall Health & Resource Fair

Join National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin at the Milwaukee Consortium for Hmong Health Fall Health & Resource Fair on Saturday, September 12, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Aurora West Allis Medical Center Women’s Pavilion. The event will feature a variety of health screenings, educational resources, and community organizations dedicated to promoting health and wellness.

Attendees will have access to kidney health screenings, blood pressure and blood glucose testing, vision screenings, hepatitis B screening, prostate health screenings (PSA), clinical breast exams (CBE), and information from local community resource providers. Light refreshments will be available throughout the event.

Volunteer interpreters will be available in multiple languages, including Burmese, Karenni, Karen, Laotian, and Spanish, to help ensure services are accessible to all participants.

Registration Information

Mammograms require advance scheduling through the Milwaukee Consortium for Hmong Health. Please contact the organization directly to reserve a mammogram appointment.

All other screenings and resource services, including kidney health screenings, will be available on a walk-in basis and do not require an appointment. The event is designed to be flexible so community members can access services throughout the morning.
