Celebrate 58 Years of Impact

For 58 years, National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin has been dedicated to improving the lives of people affected by kidney disease through education, advocacy, patient support, and organ donation awareness.

Join us as we celebrate our Kidneyversary with an afternoon of family-friendly fun, community connection, and gratitude for everyone who has been part of our journey. Enjoy activities, refreshments, and the chance to learn more about the impact we’re making together.

We can’t wait to celebrate with you on Sunday, September 27, from 1:00–3:00 PM at Arts@Large in Milwaukee!

There are two ways to join the celebration! Register to attend the event by selecting “Just Here to Party,” or make an even greater impact by choosing “Join the Fundraising Fun for NKFW” to create your own fundraiser or make a gift in honor of our Kidneyversary.

Spotlight on Life Gala

Save the Date: March 18, 2027

Milwaukee Marriott West (W231N1600 Corporate Ct, Waukesha, WI 53186)

In March 2026, on World Kidney Day, National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin celebrated alongside our amazing kidney and transplant community at the Spotlight on Life Gala. This inspiring evening of shared stories, living donation and hope. A special thanks to our 2026 Spotlight Storyteller, Andrea Weisman, who shared how her journey with NKFW led her to become a living donor. We were grateful to recognize Dr. Ahmed Malik, as the inaugural recipient of the Kidney Health Champion Award as well as the Wisconsin Living Organ Donation and Transplantation Poster Contest winner at the event.

Thank you to everyone who joined NKFW for the 2026 Spotlight on Life Gala. Your generosity and support inspires action and brings hope in support of the kidney and transplant community in Wisconsin.
