Tracy is the VP of Sales & Marketing at Tailored Label Products (TLP). TLP, headquartered in Menomonee Falls, is a manufacturing company specializing in high-performance labels and advanced die cut adhesives. The company celebrated 30 years of business in 2014 and has been recognized as a Best of the Best Workplace and Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year.
"I'm a huge advocate of organizations that help others," Tracy says. "You will never go wrong by doing what's right, no matter how wrong my dance moves may look. Help me raise as much money as we can for the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin!"
TLP is dedicated to corporate citizenship. The company prides itself on being closely connected and committed to the communities in which they do business.
Tracy married his best friend from sixth grade, Clare, and they have two children - Joe, 23, a Junior Trader at Blackthorne Capital Management and Lorraine, 18, a sophomore at UW-Oshkosh studying Nursing. Penny, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, is their last "child" at home.
Tracy attended the University of Northern Iowa and lives in Cedarburg. In his free time, he loves his flower gardens. He also enjoys music and his favorite song is Viva La Vida by Coldplay. In his past, he was able to play Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne on the drums on Rock Band's expert level. His first memories of dancing include Polka Parties in the early 80's in middle school.

My advice to students is to never compare your dancing to someone else. As long as you improve a tad more than yesterday then you’re on the correct path of learning.
