The National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is participating in Giving Tuesday – December 3. A global movement bringing people together in the spirit of generosity and giving.

Help us provide more than 1000 FREE bracelets and necklaces to patients who are on dialysis or have received a transplant. This jewelry provides peace of mind that, in case of an emergency, medical professionals will know the health condition of the patient. Help us to continue offering this free service to Wisconsin residents!
