Living Well with Chronic Conditions
If you’re an adult with any kind of ongoing health condition like chronic pain, depression, anxiety, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure or chronic kidney disease, consider joining a “Living Well With Chronic Conditions” workshop in your county.
The workshops are run by a trained volunteer who has one or more of these health conditions. During the six-week workshop series, you’ll find better ways to deal with pain or fatigue; discover better nutrition and exercise choices; and learn better ways to talk to your doctor and family about your health.

Patients currently on the waiting list for an organ along with their caregivers will meet and be able to network with others who understand the transplant journey. Everyone is welcome!
