National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin is proud to host a community screening event at La Casa de Esperanza in Waukesha, WI. This FREE event will include a review of participants’ health history, basic vital signs, urine testing for participants with an elevated risk of kidney disease, and discussion with a medical provider. Walk-ins are welcome but RSVP is preferred.
