The Council of Nephrology Social Workers – Wisconsin Chapter (CNSW-WI) will host an in-person meeting in Middleton, Wisconsin at the UW Health Administrative Office Building. The meeting will be an in depth discussion exploring patient barriers between dialysis and transplant, along with planning future meetings and other chapter business. Bring your ideas, insights and/or current challenges plus your best problem-solving and brainstorming skills for an invigorating discussion.
Lunch will be provided for all in-person attendees.
An option to attend the meeting virtually can be requested at the bottom of your registration form.

The Council of Renal Nutrition – Wisconsin Chapter (CRN-WI) is building momentum and we need your input. All renal dietitians are invited to join us for a virtual chapter meeting. The meeting will discuss current concerns in renal nutrition and how this group can best meet your professional needs.
Registration is needed to receive a link to the meeting. Membership in the National Council of Renal Nutrition is not required to attend. Feel free to share this meeting information with other renal dietitians.
